Website design for a fundraising event

This event was the inaugural fundraiser for the Childline Andalucia charity in southern Spain, held at the Hotel Tamisa Golf resort near Mijas.

The project required an original and attention-grabbing design for a range of promotional media including the event's website, poster, flyers, email marketing campaign, and tickets. The website included a countdown timer to the start of the event, a facebook plugin, integrated twitter feed, integrated map showing the hotel's location, sponsor gallery, contact form, and scrollable 'what's on' section with details of the charity auction, raffle, and dinner menu.

Poster design

This A0 and A3 sized poster was the primary promotional media for the event, positioned in bars, clubs, shops, stations, and at the hotel venue. A digital copy was also widely distributed across social media to draw interest and ticket sales.

Event ticket design

These tickets were printed on high gsm, glossed card and distributed to all attendees to the event by post. The design matches the promotional poster, website, and email campaign, and incorporates the Childline Andalucia charity's logo and motif.
